What the heck is a Vagus nerve?

The vagus nerve is the largest nerve in our body. It affects emotions, mood, our digestive system, and many other aspects of our health & well-being. Chronic pain, illness, anxiety, depression & even things like irritable bowel syndrome can be linked to our Vagus nerve.
